Pharmacy Weight Loss Clayton West is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) serving patients in Clayton West and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.

Prices are displayed in pound sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.

We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via tracked courier services to your registered UK address.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order if a signature is required.

Medications will be packaged discreetly to protect your privacy.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and consumer law exemptions for personalised medical products.

If your order is declined at the clinical assessment stage, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and during the consultation process is for general informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice.
